Grinding with low revolutions and with a cooling fan to help minimise and regulate temperature, the SCODY II performs consistently in peak periods of use.
SCODY II is a great option for a medium level account looking for the best development of flavour and workflow. Micrometric grind adjustments allow the barista to find the ideal setting and control variables, while the hands-free activation allow the barista with efficiency.
