The experienced foodservice design team, headed by Darren J Burns offers its clients a design process that is based around 35 years of working knowledge in the industry utilising Design trends & Major key suppliers and fabricators to deliver a working kitchen that is compliant with HACCP, Safe Food Regulations and Australian & New Zealand Foodservice standards.
About Darren:
Darren brings a wealth of commercial kitchen equipment and hospitality industry knowledge to the Protec Equipment Services team and our valued partners and clientele across Australia.
With over 30 years’ experience in sales, design, project management, to the Hospitality FF&E industry. Having been involved in 4 & 5-star commercial kitchens and restaurant projects from Melbourne to Port Douglas with Australia’s leading suppliers.
In addition to the Hospitality markets Darren has also designed, supplied and project managed turn key operations and installations for SME to Large enterprises and held Management positions within the tourism and hospitality industry's 4.5-star market whilst working in almost every department that the accommodation industry has to offer.
It is this rare combination of experience and little wonder Hoteliers, Restauranteurs, Food & Beverage Managers, Executive chefs, Estimators, Procurement personnel & General Managers throughout Australia have trusted Darren’s expertise for years.
