I love using this for general countertop clean ups and moving chopped veggies etc from chopping board to pan etc.
What I didn't love was the $30 shipping fee you charged me for 2 of them. That’s kinda ridiculous.
Just the thing to make the best Roux and Bechamel Sauce in a conventional saute pan/sauce pan. No need for a saucier as the whisk can get into the corners of the pan.
This is soooo much better quality than a cheaper brand I previously purchased, it actually stays locked in place and all wheels have same wastage, great quality super clean cut, definitely worth the money!
